Description
Soft curves and cool blue tones, made to flow through a modern room. This wavy rug has an irregular, rippled edge and flowing bands of navy, slate blue and ivory, each traced with fine carved lines. Hand tufted in plush wool, it's a calm, sculptural statement rug that feels like water underfoot.
Why you'll love it
- Irregular wavy shape: the rippled outline softens the room and turns the rug into floor art.
- Hand tufted wool: soft, dense wool pile that is comfortable underfoot and made for everyday living.
- Carved wave lines: fine sculpted grooves follow each curve for depth and movement.
- Cool blue palette: navy, slate blue and ivory pair with boucle, white marble, black steel and light oak.
- Every size: from small accent rugs to 8x10, 9x12 and 12x18 ft room-size rugs, plus custom sizes.
Where to use it
Float it under a round coffee table in a bright living room, add a sculptural touch to a bedroom, or use it to soften a home office or entryway. This navy and ivory wavy rug suits modern, coastal, minimalist and contemporary interiors.

Questions, Answered
Everything you want to know before you buy
Handmade rugs raise real questions — about wool, shedding, sizing and shipping. Here are ours, answered plainly.
Are your rugs safe for pets and children?
Yes. Our rugs are crafted using natural wool and non-toxic dyes without chemical-backed coatings. Wool is naturally stain-resistant and flame-resistant, making it a great choice for family homes. If a loop is accidentally pulled by a pet, simply trim it carefully with scissors rather than pulling it.
Do I need a rug pad underneath it?
We highly recommend using one. A quality rug pad helps prevent slipping, protects your flooring, adds extra comfort underfoot, and extends the lifespan of your rug by reducing wear from daily foot traffic. It's especially beneficial on hardwood, tile, and other smooth surfaces.
Can I order a custom size or colour?
Yes. Almost everything we make can be woven to your dimensions and palette, including round, runner and oversized pieces. Custom orders take about 4-6 weeks. Send us your measurements and a colour reference to start.
How should I clean and care for my rug?
Vacuum weekly on a low setting. Blot spills immediately with a dry cloth — press, don't rub. For anything that has set, use a professional rug cleaner. Avoid soaking the rug, bleach, and steam cleaning.
Do wool rugs shed, and for how long?
Yes, light shedding is normal during the first few weeks. These are loose fibers left from the finishing process and will gradually reduce with regular use. Vacuum gently using a suction-only setting (without a rotating beater bar), and shedding typically settles within about a month. It is a natural characteristic of quality wool rugs.
No question matches that. Message us and we'll answer it directly.
