Cancellation & Refund Center

You can request cancellation for any order that has not been shipped yet. Once your order is in processing status, simply submit a cancellation request and our team will review it within 24 hours.

We accept refund requests for delivered orders within 30 days of delivery. Since our rugs are handmade, please ensure the product is in its original condition with tags attached. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

After submitting your refund request via email, our support team will review it within 2-3 business days. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
