Cancellation Policy

At Nostalgic Rugs, all rugs are handcrafted and made to order. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 3 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet started.

Orders in Production

Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted.

Because each rug is custom-made based on your selected:

  • Size

  • Colors

  • Design

We are unable to cancel or modify orders after this stage.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom or personalized rugs are final sale once production starts and cannot be cancelled.

Requests to change size, color, or design after production begins will not be accepted.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Orders cancelled within the allowed 3-hour window will receive a full refund

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days (bank processing times may vary)

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders.

  • No shipping charges apply

  • Import-tax-free delivery is included

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled
