At Nostalgic Rugs, we begin processing handmade rug orders shortly after they are placed. Therefore, order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
Order Cancellations
Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing their order for a full refund.
Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours of the order being placed will not be eligible for cancellation, as production and processing may have already begun.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@nostalgicrugs.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
Returns After Delivery
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the rug within 30 days of delivery.
The rug must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
By placing an order with Nostalgic Rugs, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Return Policy.
We accept refund requests for delivered orders within 30 days of delivery. Since our rugs are handmade, please ensure the product is in its original condition with tags attached. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
After submitting your refund request via email, our support team will review it within 2-3 business days. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
